The award recognizes individuals who have exemplified “above and beyond” customer service in Southern Nevada. Hensley was honored during a breakfast and awards ceremony with the chamber and the mayor of Las Vegas. A portion of the letter from Real Property Management Las Vegas nominating Hensley was read by the Five Star Committee during the ceremony.
