After becoming a licensed realtor in 1996 and working for more than a decade in the industry, Jerry Lundberg had a dream and crafted a plan to fulfill it once the recession hit the real estate market in 2008. Property owners were reluctant to sell during the recession because they did not want to sustain financial losses, so the need for quality property management services in Colorado Springs was greater than ever. Mr. Lundberg fulfilled that need by establishing MountainPeaks Real Estate to specialize in property management.
The company has achieved a high level of success and grown significantly, by using customer focused approaches, and by fostering referrals from real estate peers and others in the business community. They only hire experienced associates that have extensive experience and the mindset to go above and beyond for their clients. In the early beginning the company grew very conservatively, as Jerry funded it solely from his personal savings. He clearly did something right since the company achieved their goals in the first year they were open. According to Jerry Lundberg, “Some of the best ideas I have are generated when I get up early when it is quiet and drink coffee.” In addition to being managing broker and CEO of the company, he enjoys spending time to help those that are less fortunate, spending time with his family, hiking, golfing, and Pickleball. His wife is his greatest inspiration for her daily dedication to their children as they grew up.
