EMN Corp Chairman Mr. Vishal Chipkar appoints PriceWater’houseCoopers as its Global Auditor for tax structuring and to drive for NASDAQ listings.

PWC would not only work on the Global Tax Structuring but also would work closely with Mr.Vishal Chipkar to road map the Global Entities under one roof.
