With the rare ability to explain the findings of research succinctly, Dr. Vieira has a knack for connecting with listeners and readers to empower them to improve their health.
Dr. Vieira earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Florida, College of Medicine, a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology.
Throughout her career, Dr. Vieira has worked in hospitals and clinics conducting ground-breaking clinical research with patients. She has researched the biochemistry and molecular biology of humans, animals and microorganisms that involved both human and mouse stem cells.
Further, Dr. Vieira worked in the food industry with the largest food company in America. During this period, she began a first-of-its-kind, comprehensive cell culture research project, discovering and prioritizing novel and emerging food ingredients for health and wellness.
