    The National Association of Software and Services Companies (“NASSCOM”) is a non-profit trade association of Indian Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing industries. NASSCOM Customer Service Excellence Award recognizes value-driven innovations in the industry in four categories – Co-creation, Transformation, Return on Investment and Process Improvement/Efficiencies.
