C.L. Burks Construction is pleased to announce they have recently completed a roof replacement for Cushman & Wakefield at the East Medical Center in Snellville, GA. The project used grey 60 mil TPO and CAV Grip bonding adhesive.
Because the medical facility has a flat roof, it’s important to make sure the roofing is as waterproof as possible to keep out the elements. To achieve this goal, the professionals at C.L. Burks Construction completed the work using 60 mil TPO roofing membrane to help seal out moisture from rain and other types of precipitation, regardless of how much falls.
In addition to using the right TPO roofing membrane for the job, the professional roofers also utilized CAV Grip bonding adhesive to further improve the seal created and to ensure the roofing membrane stays securely in place, regardless of what the weather outside may be. With the use of both these products, the East Medical Center can rest assured their property, their patients and their staff will remain dry and safe.
