    Doug Dvorak has been chosen to lead the Idaho Pickleball team at the 2023 National Senior Games.

    Doug Dvorak has been chosen to lead the Idaho Pickleball team at the 2023 National Senior Games. During the event Doug will be playing three forms of pickleball; Singles, Mixed-Doubles, and Men’s Doubles. He will also be an honored athlete at the Parade of Athletes.

    From July 7th to 8th, Pittsburg PA will be hosting the 2023 National Senior Games, which are being held at the PNC Park. Prior to the Pirates vs Giants game on July 14th, the Parade of Athletes will be held, along with the ceremonial first pitch, passing of the torch, and more.

    The NSGA (National Senior Games Association) is a non-profit organization that promotes health and activity for people over 50 and holds these games every two years at a variety of chosen host cities. It was founded 1985 as the US National Senior Sports Organization, with the mission statement of promoting healthier, more active, lifestories for older people. The first event, known as the National Senior Olympic Games, was hosted in St. Louis, 1987. Today, it is a high profile event with over 10 thousand participants each event and the NSGA continues to motivate aging adults to lead a more active life.
