They were able to implement this system into a small, one-bedroom home located on a 120- by 50-foot wide lot along the beach. This beach house was only accessible from the beach side at low tide, which indicates the high level of the water table.
The beach sand had a loading rate of 0.6 GPD per square foot with a 20- to 24-inch high water table. This made creating an effective septic system that kept the home and beach safe and environmentally-friendly. A Advanced Septic and Construction Services was able to implement a solution.
This experienced septic service implemented a system that included 1,000-gallon single-compartment septic tank, 1,000-gallon dual-compartment treatment tank with two filters, a 540-gallon dose tank, several 8-inch leaching chambers and 135 feet of 1-1/4-inch PVC laterals. The entire system is controlled by a Bio-Microbics control panel.
