The Martini Garden is designed for martini lovers and highlights fresh, local ingredients such as Kula lavender, local citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, Kula strawberries and sugar cane. All products are organically farmed on rich, volcanic soils without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. The mature sugar cane is hand harvested for processing.
