With more than 15 years of consulting and operational experience, Minocha has led or contributed to more than a hundred transactions across high tech, media, pharma, life sciences and financial services industries. Notably, Ashish Minocha led the Carlyle group on the buy-side of their $8 billion buyout of Veritas.
