To be idle is to lose your position in business, and at Central Glass, we greatly prefer to stay busy. Over the coming months, Central Glass is proud to be involved in one of the most notable flagship projects in Gold Coast.
Carrara Gardens Day and Night Golf Course and the KDV Sport Academy of Golf is an elite golfing, sporting, and teaching facility, located just inland from Surfer’s Paradise. In an ongoing refurbishment of their facilities, the club has engaged Central Glass, through Alder Constructions, to provide what we do best: some top-of-the-line windows.
The unique facades of this new clubhouse feature some of Gold Coast’s finest glasswork. These unique panes and shapely designs are designed to allow light to filter easily in to the clubhouse, illuminating the clubhouse interior with the same natural light that our golfers will be facing out on the course.
Elsewhere, this new clubhouse features a very exciting newcomer to the window scene in Gold Coast. The ASS39 Schueco sliding door is panoramic, of a size and stature that has to be seen to be believed. Their unique sunken track system allows for a sill-free installation, enhancing the seamless connection between the inside and the outside. This is their first deployment on the Gold Coast, and Central Glass is proud to provide them to our clientele. A remarkable feat of engineering, it is unlikely that this will be their last foray in our city.
In fact, the entire refurbishment is one of firsts for the Gold Coast area. Clay tennis courts, long absent from the scene here, have been installed, to the delight of enthusiasts in the region. This stunning facility, complete with a golf course capable of challenging even the most seasoned professionals, will soon be complemented by one of the most remarkable clubhouses in Queensland.
