Climb Kili and Radiating Hope is proud to announce it is putting together a fundraising climb of Kilimanjaro that will help raise funds for patients who suffer from cancer around the Moshi, Tanzania area. There are currently no cancer centers or treatment facilities in that area, which is why Climb Kili and Radiating Hope is taking this step to ensure the residents of Moshi and surrounding cities finally receiving the care they deserve.
Climbing a mountain is no joke; it is an activity that requires passion and courage. This March, Climb Kili is going to assist a group of amateur mountain climbers in climbing the highest mountain peak in all of Africa. Anyone is welcome to apply to this fundraising climb, regardless of any prior mountain climbing experience.
Climb Kili’s mountain crew will carry special prayer flags to the summit, which will be in honor of all those people who have struggled with cancer and others that are continuing to do so. People may also sponsor one of these flags in the memory or honor of anyone they love who has been affected by cancer.
