Fitter formerly served as a senior government attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Services, which is now known as the Department of Homeland Security. He began working for the department in 1984 and retired in 2017 after 32 years of service.
As he joins Din Law, Fitter brings with him a deep understanding of the immigration process. He served in a number of prestigious positions with the INS and ended his career with the department as a senior attorney. In this position, Fitter handled some of the highest profile cases regarding national security and served as the federal litigation coordinator. With his vast knowledge and expertise, he will be able to help the team at Din Law provide a higher level of services to each of their clients.
