This workshop will be taught by NASM certified professional trainer, Steve Zaffino. He will talk about a variety of related topics, including macronutrients, health and fitness myths and clean eating. The workshop will take place on March 16, 2017, at 1-2 pm in Mokena and 5-6 pm at the Morris location.
In addition to the nutrition workshop, Zaffino will be leading several yoga sessions at the Mokena and Morris locations. He has created a combination of traditional yoga and various aspects of Qigong and functional movement exercises. This fitness routine can help ensure a healthier body. These sessions will take place on March 7 and 21, 2017, from 12:30 to 1:15 pm in Mokena and 4 to 4:45 pm in Morris.
