Joliet, Illinois: Hawk Chevrolet of Joliet, Illinois, is excited to announce their upcoming Corvette Show and G.M. Parts Swap. This celebration of their 40th Club Anniversary will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2016, and is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m.
The preregistration for this indoor event will be open until April 21, 2016, at which time it will be closed. The show car entry fee will be $25 until April 21. Any cars entered in the show after that date will be $35. Admission to the event is set at $5, and children 12 and under are admitted free. The event is hosted jointly by Hawk Chevrolet and Corvettes Unlimited with a portion of the proceeds donated to Joliet Area Community Hospice.
The entry fee into the event includes an entry for two adults and a dash plaque. Doors to the car show will open at 6 a.m. on Sunday and all participants must be present by 8 a.m. The general public can vote from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and awards will be presented at 3:30 p.m. Those showing cars and swapping parts will be allowed to set up on Saturday evening before the event.
