The defect is related to brake fluid leaking into the internal circuit board. The leak may potentially cause a fire due to an electrical short. Vehicles on the recall list include 2016-2018 Maximas, 2017-2019 Infinito QX60s, 2015-2018 Muranos, and 2017-2019 Pathfinders. Nissan filed the recall with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on November 8 of this year.
