The office has opened with nine experienced real estate agents: Patrick Achtzner, Rene Blais, Paul Butterworth, Walt Burgess, Wendy Herrick, Harry Fowler, Kipp Lyons, Stephen Postings and Ann Watley, who are all very familiar with the surrounding areas.
“We’ve wanted to open an office Sidney for quite some time now, it’s a great community and we feel that our company culture will fit in well” says, Mike Holmes, who took over from his cousin as President of Pemberton Holmes in 2003. “A really great, centrally located space became available, and that coincided with interest from several agents, so the timing worked out well.”
This is the twelfth office on Vancouver Island for the real estate brokerage, which also offers residential, commercial and strata property management services.
The agents and staff of the new Sidney office are looking forward to becoming involved in many community events, and getting to know the surrounding businesses in the neighbourhood. A grand opening event will take place some time in July.
