VizOwn, an Oklahoma-based alcohol and substance abuse treatment center with individualized and evidence-based programs that treat addiction, co-occurring issues, and possible trauma, this week announced they are transitioning their existing program to provide both short and long-term co-occurring treatment for women and men.
Previously treating solely women for the past three years, VizOwn is pursuing expansion so they can serve even more individuals with their sustainable and cutting-edge rehabilitation support.
“There were two factors that went into our restructuring decision: the need for services and the insurance market,” said Karen Walker, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Drug Recovery Center. “We will now provide treatment, based on individual needs, for both men and women for 30, 60, and 90 days. We are incredibly excited to announce this expansion and look forward to working with many more individuals in 2017.”
